If you are visiting the calendar page for the first time, First: read the instructions on how to use the calendar:

When you click on the image above you go to our calendar page and see a larger version of the calendar. To see the calendar and
be able to sign up you will have to supply your log-in and the password.

Each day of the calendar either shows who is covering that day or there is a message showing the time and the word “By” with no name following.

To volunteer your time, click on the underlined date:

For example, clicking on the line under the “24” you will go to the editing screen for that day:

Click on the line under the word “Edit”

In the text box you can put your cursor next to “By” and type in your name. After you have entered your name click on the
Submit button at the bottom. You will then be taken back to the edit screen:

If you click on the “View Calendar” button you will go back to the calendar page and see your name in the day you selected.
