From 2001 to 2007, I served as city administrator in Mill City and continue to provide planning consultant services to the city.

I have served as a city manager and consultant to small cities and non-profit organizations in Oregon for the past thirty years. My consultant services include project management, fund raising, grant management and land use planning services for municipal governments, non-profit organizations and private developers.
